She holds a Certificate III in Home and Aged Care and has worked extensively with clients who have high care needs, including complex and high-intensity supports.

Her approach is centred around respect, dignity, and building genuine connections with the individuals she supports. Diksha Sharma is a passionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker at Assist Unity Care Pty Ltd. Having recently completed her Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Diksha has joined the family-run business with a strong commitment to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Although new to the industry, Diksha brings fresh energy, empathy, and a genuine desire to support individuals to live more independently and confidently. Working closely with her mum, Neetu, she is proud to be part of a team that values personalised care, respect, and strong community connections.
